How Our Delivery Process Works
Once an order comes through, our team reviews the order details, prepares the packing slip and begins checking the correct products for dispatch.
Each item is picked, checked against the order and prepared for secure packing. This helps ensure the right products are sent to the right customer, with no unnecessary delay or confusion.
Smaller Orders. Simple and Secure
For smaller orders, we follow a clear packing process designed for speed without compromising care.
- Product check. Each piece is verified against the order before packing.
- Secure packing. Fragile, bulky or premium items receive protection appropriate for the journey ahead.
- Discreet labelling. Parcels are labelled with delivery details and tracking information. Packaging is unbranded to keep your purchase private.
- Tracked dispatch. Parcels enter the courier network for scanning, transport and final delivery.
Larger Orders. Coordinated Logistics
Larger orders require extra planning. These consignments need clear paperwork, delivery coordination and the right courier or logistics pathway.
For larger deliveries we coordinate directly with logistics partners, prepare the required documentation, confirm details with you where needed and make sure each consignment is organised before it leaves us.
Tracked courier network
Coins, smaller bars and standard bundles travel by tracked, insured courier. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 business days nationwide, depending on location.
Coordinated logistics
Bulk consignments, multi-kilo orders and higher-value shipments may require additional coordination, documentation and handling.
